I am a down to earth Therapeutic Counsellor. Therapeutic in terms of going at your pace. Exploring any challenges that life is throwing at you from Anxiety , bereavement, confidence, depression, fears ,stress, self esteem , relationship challenges, school anxiety , illnesses , transgender, & much more

I offer a free 30 minute introductory session , a chance to meet , learn how I work & ask any questions re Counselling. A great chance to sample Counselling if its your first time & start to feel relaxed.

Having gained over 11 years of experience in private practice & many years supporting all ages in all walks of life, Im very passionate about my work & the individuals I work with.
Working in CBT TA Psychodynamic EFT & Tailoring sessions to your individual needs together we will explore & conquer your challenges.

Do I provide ADHD Diagnosis?
I am not qualified to diagnose ADHD, Autism, or any other neurodiversity. However, you do not need a formal diagnosis to access specialized counselling. Whether you are self-diagnosed or simply seeking to manage a busy mind, all are welcome here.
I work with & have years of experience working with children & adults facing these challenges. I allow them to normalize their diagnosis for them, making their lives more manageable.

For you to decide if I'm the right counsellor for you. Its important to feel a sense of trust & openness when you first meet your therapist. With that in future sessions you'll feel able to feel free enough to open up & become more authentic in yourself releasing fears & pains from your past .
